We warmly invite you to an evening of movement, presence, and deep connection at Heima Hos.

Join us for a unique journey that begins with a soothing sound healing experience, allowing you to relax, ground, and open your senses. From there, we transition into ecstatic dance—a free and expressive movement practice where you are invited to move exactly as you are, without judgment, or expectations.

This is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, release stress and share a beautiful  experience in a safe and welcoming space.

No dance experience is needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and bring:
