Breath in and out of your nose and relax your mouth and face especially space between your eyes.

Relax belly and throat- smooth even breath.

Take what resonates with you and let all else be.

 

When meditation is done just let yourself feel grounded to the earth and relax. Drink much water and rest if needed- also go for a walk- or just be in nature.
