Letting go - release and let go. Welcome to your self. Welcome to your heart. All of you are so welcome. 

Before listening just lay down comfortably and hold your hand on your heart ❤️ 

Breath in and out of your nose and relax your mouth and face especially space between your eyes.

Relax belly and throat- smooth even breath.

Take what resonates with you and let all else be.

When activation is done just let yourself feel grounded to the earth and relax. Drink much water and rest if needed- also go for a walk- or just be in nature.
